When my clients asked me to sell their home on a slab, I took on the challenge.
The garage had been converted into a bedroom and a bathroom.
We needed to attract a particular buyer who didn't mind that and who needed space.
And we also needed a buyer that was ok with not having a basement.
There were ups and downs along the way.
The comments were that there's wasn't enough yard.
It would take some cash to convert the garage back into its original state.
But I didn't give up and my clients were patient to wait for the right buyer to come along.
Finally, the time came, and the right person saw the potential and bought the property.
The home fits her needs.
It just goes to show you that there's a house out there for every type of buyer.
I'm really happy my clients had faith that it would happen with the right buyer.
